UPS: Sunshine ships orders via UPS. We are not responsible for delays while merchandise is in transit. If your package is damaged, please note the condition and notify Sunshine within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to file a claim. REFUSED packages will result in extra freight charges and restocking fees. If you are not present, Sunshine will not be responsible for products left at time of delivery. OPEN & INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON DELIVERY. Our shipping department compresses air from foam and fiberfill to provide better shipping rates.
LOCAL DELIVERY: Sunshine offers a LOCAL DELIVERY service within 35 miles of our Cincinnati location. Sunshine also delivers to the greater areas of Columbus, OH, Dayton, OH, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN. Please call for more information and to schedule a delivery.
